Puttin’ On the Dog, Adopt-A-Dog's for-fun dog show and festival
takes place on Sunday, September 21st from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at Roger Sherman
Baldwin Park in Greenwich, CT (Exit 3 off I-95). All-day admission is $10
for adults; $5 for seniors and children over 5; under 5 are free.
Each year more than 6,000 people attend this popular family event.
Throughout the day, there will be a dog show with seventeen categories, such as
Biggest Lap Dog, K-9 Krooners, A Pooch Who Can Smooch, and Clever K-9 Tricks to
enter your dog in. New this year is “Homely Hounds” – Think you have the
ugliest? All contestants receive a
ribbon. Good Luck!
This family venue is a crowd pleaser with dogs and cats for adoption,
police demonstrations, celebrity judges, great food, clowns, children's play
area, silent auction and grab bags, over 30 vendors, and much, much more.
Don’t forget to stop by the Capital Campaign booth and contribute to help
Adopt-A-Dog raise funds for a new state-of-the-art facility.
