OUR MISSION

Adopt-A-Dog’s mission is to find safe, permanent homes for our discarded companion animals.

For almost three decades, Adopt-A-Dog has “Come to the Rescue” by meeting the medical and emotional needs of dogs and cats and maintaining its position in the battle of over-population by neutering the creatures that enter our shelter. It remains our choice to help.

Adopt-A-Dog’s steadfast goal is to reach out to the next generation of pet owners to promote responsible lifetime ownership.

Our current ambition is too raise enough funds to build our kennel to be a "state-of-the-art” shelter that will be a temporary refuge for the voiceless creatures that long for a loving home of their own.

You are invited to come and see for yourselves what our shelter is all about.  The shelter is open seven days a week.  We would be happy to schedule an appointment to give a personal tour of our nearly two-acre site and have you meet the animals that will benefit directly from your generous donations.
