Meet the Pups!
Ducky: The Olympic Swimmer
🐾 Age: 6 years
🐾 Breed: Pit Bull Terrier
🐾 Personality: Athletic, Loyal & Adventurous
🐾 Adoption Fee: $395
Ducky was likely an olympian in her past life. She is super athletic and loves swimming, agility, and playing ball. She can even play with two soccer balls at the same time! But don’t be intimidated by her athleticism because at 6, she is also very happy to balance the fun with a good ol ‘nap on the couch and quiet time in the house. She’s even housebroken!
Ducky loves any body of water, big or small, and will make do with snow and mud, as well. In the summertime, she has been lucky enough to private lap swim in a nearby pool and it is her favorite pastime. She takes regular car trips with volunteers and is fabulous at riding shotgun with all smiles. She has also been a very cooperative girl at the vet.
So what kind of home is Ducky waiting for? She’d like a home with human companions only. She’s been a mom, raised her puppies, and now it’s her time to shine as an only dog. She doesn’t guard food, toys, or any of her favorite things and is a master of food puzzles because she is smart as a whip.
Ducky can be a little vocal and expresses her excitement without holding back which means we give her a little extra time when meeting a brand new person but she blossoms when in the company of all her hoomans and turns into quite the social butterfly.
Sally: Your Sweet and Snuggly Companion

Say hello to Sally, our beloved 6-7 year old Pit Bull Terrier mix and resident office dog! Sally is the queen of cozy, happily snoozing away the day in a pile of blankets. Her compact size may be deceiving, as she is bursting with unlimited love and affection for her humans. Plus, her adorable underbite brings a smile to everyone she meets!
With an easygoing, gentle demeanor, Sally is relaxed and content but can certainly lead the way on walks when she has her sights set on something interesting. She adores car rides, enjoys pup cups, and never misses a chance to stop and smell the flowers!
Sally has epilepsy, which is well-managed with daily medication, allowing her to live a happy and fulfilling life. This sweet girl is the perfect companion for movie nights, reading sessions, or simply enjoying your morning cup of coffee.
